WATER WORKS PLUS, founded by Fred Baros, is a business venture serving Pueblo, Las Animas and Huerfano Counties. As a Colorado native born in Pueblo, Fred dreamed of living and working in the mountains. His first completed water project was for his own home in Weston. He passed every inspection the first time.
